"Tell me and I forget, Teach me and I remember, Involve me and I learn" ಎಂಬ ಮಾತಿನಂತೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಶಾಲಾ ಕಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳಗೂಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವನ/ಅವಳ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. "ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಾವು (ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು) ತುಂಬಿಸಲು ಇರುವ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲ, ಬದಲಾಗಿ ನಾವು(ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು) ಬೆಳಗಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿರುವ ದೀಪ". ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಅರಿತು ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಸರ್ವತೋಮುಖ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಲು ಹರ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
